Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Leakproof underwear
- Nursing bras
- Briefs and boyshorts (unless packaging is unopened)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at: Shapewear Favour Returns

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
